The Voice Recognition That Makes Sense

There have been times when I have made a phone call to a company, and I am on the phone waiting for about 45 minutes. That is just not a good use of my time. I don’t want to feel like I will be on the phone forever every time I just have a simple question. That is why I am so glad to hear that there is now something called ivr voice recognition. This computer system is able to ask a question, then get the response from the customer calling in. Then, the customer is directed to the right place.
