Let me starting by pointing out, that I am a real patriot of England. I do believe very strongly in our way of doing things, in our traditions and heritage. Everybody knows we make fun of the French, but not far in second place, come the Germans. Because of my work, that is automobile parts, import and export, I had to start doing English to German translation. Maybe some people will not want to hear it, but our language and culture is actually so alike. Heck, maybe you did not know that fact, but the bigger part of our language is actually made up of germanic language. Now I always say something good about the Germans, whenever the topic comes up. Just to make the balance a little more equal.
