Who isn’t hooked on phonics?

It’s interesting how phonics programs are designed for kids but we adults also have so much fun with them. We’re not so much learning to read and sound out words as we get to enjoy the fun of watching our kids have fun. We get to see them grow their vocabulary and watch as they start to feel more competent and “grown-up” as they go. The joy of watching this and being a part of their growth, a part they will never forget and forever associate with us, is priceless. My kids are hooked on phonics, and I have to say so am I!
