CNA Salary in the Metropolitan Area

Among the highest paying state in the Metropolitan area are Connecticut and New York. This data is according to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics’ study about the top five areas where CNA salary is relatively higher than the rest. The other spots occupied in the top five are Danbury, CT offering $32,150; Hartford-West Hartford-East Hartford, CT offering $31,180; Binghamton, NY offering $29,960; and Utica-Rome, NY offering $29,670. Given these figures, CNAs can clearly see where they can be valued higher. This might affect their decision on seeking for employment. However, other factors aside from these might also affect them such as where to stay and the cost that might be possibly incurred when deciding to live in the highest paying states.
