No Lease Transfer Fees

When I met my husband fifteen years ago, he owned his own business, but it was a very small business. Over the years, the business has grown quite a bit. He has a lot more clients than he did when we first met, and they are good clients. Shortly after we were married, he had to lease denver office warehouse space in order to store his inventory properly. Since then, he has had to move to a bigger warehouse because he has grown even more. Thankfully, the company that he leases from does not charge him outrageous fees whenever he needs to upgrade.
