My List The Best Acne Treatments

    February 18th, 2010 by admin

I’ve compiled a list of the best acne treatments that are available without seeing a dermatologist.   1.  Face-washing.  Get rid of the oils, and the acne will improve.  However, it’s important to use a gentle cleanser and not dry out the skin too much.  2.  Natural remedies.  Salt-water (to diminish oil), mint, garlic, cinnamon, and even some teas are purported to help with acne.  3.  Over-the-counter remedies.  There are medical ointments, medicated cleansing pads, and even medicated cover-ups that can be very helpful to people with mild to moderate acne.    If none of the above improve the problem, then it is best to see a dermatologist for the best acne treatments.
