stretch between sets

when i am in between the sets i my workouts i always make sure that this is when i am stretching and flexing my muscles. this will give me a good pump and get the blood flowing to my muscles at the best pace that it can. this is the best time to stretch not before your workout. at least this is how it seems to work for me. i lose strength if i stretch too much before a workout. i do warm up sets of the exercies that i am doing that is all tha is needed. these workouts to burn belly fat should be awesome.
