i was supersetting chest with back for about a mounth. this was a really grueling workout but man did it work well together. i will go back to this training in about another month. i just want to go back to standard sets and training 1 body part per session for a while just to change it up again. right now i am going to really blast the muscle groups that i am working. i will use low volume and high weight. i just want to make sure that i dont tear up my joints. i want fast workouts too. intensity is key.
