Neighbor Is Losing Abdominal Fat on New Program

I saw my neighbor mowing her lawn yesterday. She looked like she was Losing Abdominal Fat. She had always had a larger belly, but from the distance from my house she looked much slimmer. When she finished mowing, I went over to talk with her. I asked her how she had lost so much weight. She said that she found a program on the Internet that she was following. She said that it gave her the truth about abs and what causes the extra weight to diminish around her midsection. I told her to keep up the good work because she looked great and much healthier than she did a couple of months ago.
