Secretary Orders a Lot of Supplies From the Cleaning Company

When I transferred to a position as the secretary for the housekeeping and maintenance department at the college, I did not realize that I would spend most of my time ordering cleaning supplies. The college is quite big with the dormitories, cafeteria, classrooms, and sports facilities. Each area needs there own supply of commercial cleaning products. I was happy to see that we order everything from one company. This saves me time on finding the products as well as the reduced paperwork when the bills arrive. We purchase everything from dish machines, power degreasers, and even toilet paper from one company because they have great prices and it is the most convenient.
