Dreading the Phone Call

When I got the damaged package I was afraid that I was going to have to do a lot of complaining. I picked up the phone with some real dread. I did not want to fight with this company, but two of my Used RIM Blackberry Cell Phones were broken. I just wanted them replaced. The lady on the phone was great. She just told me to ship them back with the prepaid label, and they would get me some new phones out the next day. They did not even have to see the phones before they shipped the new ones.
