    Do You Have the Experience to Start a Restaurant?

    I plant to open my own restaurant this year and I’m already starting to train my staff, cooks and service crew. I had to do a lot of research the past 6 months to know more about the restaurant business. As most of you may have observed, many restaurants, cafes and bars tend to last only a few months and then close shop after their money runs out. I am making sure that I do this the right way and not end up like most start up restaurants. I guess it is about starting a restaurant equipped with the knowledge of an experienced restaurateur.
