The First Gig

The student music group that my daughter joined has their first gig coming up. It’s funny, her guitar teacher referred to it as a “student group” but I recently figured out that it’s a high school rock band. That’s fine, my daughter is happy to be a part of it. The bass player recently asked her if she knew of any places with good deals on used guitars and she told him everything that she knows. The gig that they’re playing is a high school dance. They aren’t getting paid for it, but I think that they will still have a lot of fun.
